  • Day 1 Shanghai  Suzhou

  • Activities:
  •      
  • A chauffeur will pick you up at Shanghai airport. Then you will be driven to Suzhou – a city of gardens.
    It takes around 90 minutes to get Suzhou. Meet the local guide upon arrival and then start your Suzhou tour if time permits.
    This afternoon you will visit Lion Grove Garden and the Hanshan Temple.
    Then you will be driven to check in your Suzhou hotel. (Hotel on your own arrangements).

    - Hanshan Temple: It was originally built during the reign of Tianjian in the Liang Dynasty. The poem of “Mooring to the Maple Bridge at Night” by Zhang Ji of the Tang Dynasty is so oft-quoted and widely loved that the poetic rhyme and the bell-tolling sounds have made the Hanshan Temple famous at home and abroad.
    - Lion Grove Garden: Compactly yet harmoniously spaced, the Lion Grove Garden has a prominent part for series of man-made mountains with various buildings around the lake ,and an artificial waterfall and cliffs at the edge of the lake on the west. Remains of the 14th century man-made mountains, covering 1,152 sq.m. and being the largest of all at Suzhou,can be still seen today.
  • Day 2 Suzhou

  • Activities:
  • After your breakfast in hotel, the tour guide will meet you at around 6:00am. You will be escorted to Taihu Golf Course http://www.taihugolf.com.cn/golfClubEn/home02.htm and enjoy an 18-hole playing there.
    After playing, you will be transferred back to your hotel in the city. This afternoon is free for your own activities. You may spend some time on Guanqian Street, the most famous one in Suzhou favored by both the locals and tourists.
  • Day 3 Suzhou  Hangzhou

  • Activities:
  •      
  • Drive to Hangzhou in the morning. After 3 hours driving, you will get Hangzhou, the heaven on the Earth. After having lunch, you’ve got the chance to take a boat cruising on the famous West Lake. Also today you will visit Six Harmonies Pagoda this afternoon.
    Overnight in Hangzhou. (Hotel on your own arrangements)

    - West Lake: An old saying: “There is heaven above and Su-Hang below.” West Lake is the most beautiful and famous place in Hangzhou. Hangzhou’s fame is largely due to the picturesque West Lake. Lying in the west of the city and surrounded by hills on three sides, the West Lake is 3.2 kilometers from north to south and 2.8 kilometers from east to west with a circumference of 15 kilometers
    - Six Harmonies Pagoda: Located on the Yuelun Hill besides Qiantang River in Hangzhou, Six Harmonies Pagoda was built by King of Wuyu to ward off Qiantang bore. As high as 59.89 meters, this grand pagoda has 7 sides and 8 stories. Looked down from the top, all Qiantang River beauty is bird viewed. Now near Six Harmonies Pagoda, a Garden of Chinese Ancient Pagodas with more than 100 pagodas and towers in various dynasties has been constructed to display Chinese pagoda culture.
  • Day 4 Hangzhou

  • Activities:
  • Today is your golf-playing in Hangzhou. Drive to Hangzhou West Lake Golf in the morning. (website: http://www.westlakegolf.com/ )
    Enjoy 18-hole golf playing. Drive back to the city in the afternoon and free for the rest of the day.
  • Day 5 Hangzhou   Shanghai

  • Activities:
  •               
  • Drive to Shanghai in the morning (around 3-hour driving). Meet the local guide and begin your sightseeing in the biggest city of China.
    Today’s highlights include: City God Temple, Shanghai Museum, Nanjing Road, the Bund and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
    Transfer back to your hotel after the trip. (Hotel on your own arrangements)

    - The Bund: Also called the Zhongshan Road, it is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years, winding a 1500 meters (less than one mile) length. Walking along the Bund, which is at the west shore of the Huangpu River, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower can be seen on the opposite side and also the Jin Mao Tower.Being one of the Top Ten Shanghai Attractions, the Bund is a really beautiful and special place which is worth visiting. On the western side of Zhongyi Dongyi Road stand 52 buildings, showing various Chinese and foreign architectural styles, hence the name of “World Architecture Exposition in Modern Times”
    - Nanjing Road: Shanghai's main shopping street, enjoying the fame as "the No.1 commercial street of China", also it is one of the most prosperous streets in Asia.
    - City God Temple: The City God Temple of Shanghai is a temple in the old city of Shanghai, China, and is today the central feature of a large retail and entertainment district. It originated as the Jinshan God Temple, dedicated to the spirit of Jinshan, or "Gold Mountain", an island off the coast of Shanghai. It was converted into a City God Temple in 1403, during the Yongle era of the Ming dynasty.
    - Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River with a height of 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the highest TV Tower in Asia (up to the last floor to see Shanghai scenery).It is a new landmark of Shanghai in 21st century.
    - Shanghai Museum: As the biggest museum in China, Shanghai Museum has a collection of over 120,000 pieces of Chinese art & cultural heritages. The museum is especially famous for its treasures of bronzes, ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy.
  • Day 6 Shanghai

  • Activities:
  • Today is your golf-playing in Shanghai. The local guide will pick you up in your Shanghai hotel at around 6:30am. Enjoy 18-hole golf playing. Drive back to the city in the afternoon and free for the rest of the day.
    Today’s course is Tianma Golf Club.

  • Day 7 Shanghai

  • Activities:
  • Continue your golf fun in Shanghai. Today you will play on Binhai Golf Course. (Website: http://www.binhaigolf.com/home.html )
    Play 18 holes and then be driven back to your Shanghai hotel. Free for the rest of the day.
  • Day 8 Depart from Shanghai

  • Activities:
  • The local guide will meet you in your hotel and drive you to airport to catch your homebound flight.

3. Meals: All meals as specified in the itinerary. If the restaurant indicated is not available on the day, your guide will arrange another similar restaurant. Breakfast is usually a western style buffet. We try to ensure that a choice of western and Chinese breakfasts are supplied, however there may be only Chinese breakfast is prepared in some remote places.
4. Private Transfers for the itinerary listed above;
5. Guide: A private English-speaking guide and a private driver will be provided in each city, who will remain with you throughout your time in that city.
